Vertical connectivity of the Namoi alluvium

Abstract

The dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from multiple source datasets. The source datasets are identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.

This dataset contains a shapefile of the difference in groundwater level trends in nested piezometers. This point data has then been interpolated into a raster covering the alluvium.

Purpose

The difference in groundwater level trends is indicative of the vertical connectedness of the alluvium.

Dataset History

This dataset contains a shapefile of the difference in groundwater level trends in nested piezometers. This point data has then been interpolated into a raster covering the alluvium.
